For your safety, along with our normal cleaning we disinfect common surface areas. 100 MG high speed internet. Listen to the creek, watch the wildlife and only a mile from town. On the main floor ( one story up) there is one master bedroom.There are two loft bedrooms accessed by a shipman’s ladder that each sleep three and a stage area that sleeps two more. The home sleeps 10 and has AC. Kids play areas both inside and out. Eight acres to explore. Electricity is all solar. Winter accessible.

4500 sq. feet. Large gathering areas & roomy, fully-stocked kitchen. WIFI, pool/ ping-pong table, 8 TV's, Nintendo 64, DVD's, books, & toys. Full acre yard. Tramp, swing set, volleyball, pickleball, games, BBQ grill, picnic tables, BB hoop, hammocks, patio, deck. 10 minutes to USU & downtown. I have a lock-out studio apartment on the west side of the house with a separate entrance. There is NO SHARED SPACE and NO CONTACT. You have complete privacy. No special events allowed. Family dinners fine.

Our home is 100% smoke free so I’m sorry we can’t accommodate groups with smokers. The entire walk out basement with a private entrance is yours to enjoy. We are close to two ski resorts, Birch Creek Golf Course and beautiful mountains and canyons. Located in a peaceful neighborhood. Play during the day and relax at night in our state of the art theater room with 12 recliners. The full kitchen and large living area is the perfect area to kick back and relax.
