Quiet little house in the city center

Everything is at your fingertips at this cozy place in the center of Rijeka. Although centrally located, this home offers a large garden and is located on a small quiet street. In the garden there is a tavern with an indoor barbecue fireplace. The cottage is newly decorated and equipped and offers a parking space. It takes 25 minutes to walk to the first beach on the Caves (city bathing area). There are also beaches in Kantrida, which are about 14 minutes away by car in Kostrena, which are 15 minutes away.

A stone house features large glass windows, blending indoor and outdoor environments. The garden is landscaped with lush green grass, surrounded by mature trees and flowering plants. Loungers are positioned on the terrace, offering a peaceful space to relax and enjoy the surroundings.

Welcome to Studio Solare, with a stunning view in the heart of Portorož. 2 minutes walking distance from the sea and 15 minutes to medieval town Piran. Studio Solare is a stone cottage with big windows where you feel part of the nature. It might be small, but it has everything you need. Fully eqipped kitchen, coffe machine, TV with Netflix and WiFi, bathroom and sleeping area in the looft which is accessible by the staircase. There is also a big garden, outdoor sitting area and fee parking.
