Detached house on farmhouse 8 km from Falkenberg center. Approximately 300 m to the beach, 1 km to Grimsholmen Nature Reserve, Kattegattsleden outside the knot. In the large room there is a kitchen area with dishwasher. There are two single beds located. A half staircase up is two beds. A staircase down the bathroom with a shower, WC, washing machine and iron. Two outdoor spaces with a smaller and a larger garden furniture. Mattress, duvet and pillow are available for the beds. Sheets and towels have the guest with them.

Enjoy a pleasant stay in this unique accommodation out on Grimsholmen south of Falkenberg. About 8 km from Falkenberg's center and 500 meters to the beach, the cottage is beautifully situated in a quiet rural environment. As a guest, you live separately from the family's/landlord's home with your own entrance where you have access to part of a large garden and orangery with patio.
