Charming and modernized little house at the heart of the Maridalen valley. Perfect for city and field holidays. 15 minutes drive to civilization or 20 minute train ride to Oslo S from Snippen station 200 meters away. For Varingskollen Alpinsenter it is 20 minutes by train the other way. Nordmarka's hiking trails and bike paths start at your doorstep. The host is living close by and is available. The house has a 20 sqm base, but is efficiently utilized with loft, large ceiling height and good window surfaces. The terrace is south facing and sunny.

Here you live peaceful, spacious and idyllic in a residential area close to public transport. Approximately 100 m2 on the 1st floor. 2 min to bus stop or 15 min to the train (5 min by bus) and you are in the center of Oslo in 20 min. By car its 10 miles there. The apartment is suitable for a couple with 1-2 children. Large double bed in spacious bedroom, and 2 single beds in living room. Short distance to the grocery store, and shopping center with all the offers nearby. The largest indoor ski resort in the Nordic countries nearby.

Nice basement apartment. Bright and cozy, with good views out over Oslo. The apartment comes fully furnished, including bed linen and towels(wash and change on the beds and towels is the cleaning fee) Includes entrance hall, living room, 2 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom and storage room. Short distance to: Stovner center with all amenities, subway and bus stop, hiking terrain. Parquet in living room and bedroom, tiles with heating cable on remaining floors. Private parking for a car. NOT BEING ABLE TO CHARGE. .

A rocky path leads to the private jetty with a rowing boat at your disposition. Within a 20 minutes drive you will reach Kolsås, Sandvika, Høvikodden and Oslo, and by public transport Oslo is within an hour. In this place, you can live close to everything. The apartment is bright, modern and you can feel at home. We will adapt to you as a guest and make your stay the best it can be. There is a bakery on the ground floor of the building, which can be a good start to the day. Which has baked goods and breakfast. A perfect place to stay if you are in Oslo with the airport bus right outside the door and subway 350m away.
