In addition, there are 2 bedrooms and a small bathroom. From the living room, you can reach a generous wooden deck where the grill is ready. On the property, there is also a farmhouse (Attefallshus). The house has 2 bedrooms of 12 sqm with a hotel feel. Skrea beach is just a few minutes' walk away. The house has wireless WiFi and the possibility to park 2 cars. Unwind in this unique and tranquil space. Here you live in a cozy house on our farm, the view is amazing and it is not impossible to see fallow deer and elk grazing in the field. At the back there is a large terrace where you can see the sun rise. Proximity to lakes with fishing (fishing license needed) and forest, 9 km to central Halmstad and 7 km to Hallarna where there are also restaurants. If you want to get to the sea, there are several nice beaches within a 15 minute drive. Breakfast can be booked the night before.

Detached house on farmhouse 8 km from Falkenberg center. Approximately 300 m to the beach, 1 km to Grimsholmen Nature Reserve, Kattegattsleden outside the knot. In the large room there is a kitchen area with dishwasher. There are two single beds located. A half staircase up is two beds. A staircase down the bathroom with a shower, WC, washing machine and iron. Two outdoor spaces with a smaller and a larger garden furniture. Mattress, duvet and pillow are available for the beds. Sheets and towels have the guest with them.

In 2024, the veranda roof was renewed and an odorless biological sewage treatment plant and EV charging station were installed - before that, among other things, a new fridge-freezer, stove, induction hob and dishwasher.

My house is adorable, next to a lake. It's peacefull, lots of windows. You can take the canoe , paddling ower the lake, or just sit and relax on the deck. Cold days, sit inside by the fireplace, read, eat a nice dinner in one off the rooms with windows owerlooking the lake. Small bedrooms,leaning walls , give you a feeling off going back 100 years in old sweden, when the house was built. You can not swim from my garden, but 200m from my house is a beach. My house is in a small village.
