Basement apartment in granite stone house from 1953. Good atmosphere. Only 20 minutes by foot from train and bus station. Private entrance. New bathroom and small kitchen. Internet and TV. The house is located in quiet surroundings and there are many opportunities for hiking in forests and swimming in the sea. The city center of Fredrikstad and the college, is only 20 minutes away by foot. 5 minutes to the free ferry that takes you to the old town or city center. I want all guests to feel welcome and at home. Bathroom in bathtub by agreement.

From here you can take the city ferry for free to the old town, the city center, worst and Gressvik. From this apartment centrally located on Hvaler, you have immediate proximity to the lake and great archipelago nature. At the marina there are guest places for boat for a fee(guests must check for availability themselves) This is a great starting point for paddling, surfing, or other water sports activity. Outer Hvaler National Park, with great hiking areas and coastal trails, is about 1 km away. There is also a small sandy beach 100 meters from the house. There is a kiosk, restaurant and marina in the area.

The guest bed can be turned out on the floor and is 90x200cm. Choose between an electric inflatable mattress or a camp bed. Kitchen with most of the equipment. Shower cubicle in the bathroom. Large south-facing terrace with pavilion and outdoor furniture. Nice place at a nice price.

Spacious and nice apartment in a secluded location on Vesterøy on Hvaler. Parking space available. Walking/bike distance to swimming areas and hiking trails. Several beaches with good parking facilities nearby. From the city center on Vesterøy there is a bus both further out towards Skjærhalden and into Fredrikstad. Here you can enjoy the silence with a cup of coffee in the sun, take a walk in the forest, a bath in the sea and explore Hvaler's sights.
