A very charming new house with modern nostalgic style. The house overlooks beautiful Hjellvannet where the Telemark Canal begins. In this house you can really enjoy yourself in absolutely every room. It has 2 living rooms, one bathroom, one private WC, 4 bedrooms sleeps 8 adults + 1 child/baby. The garden is large and has many opportunities for relaxation. It is a short walk (about 700 m) to Skien city center and to a grocery store that is open 24/7. Beach, and kayak dock summer as winter (2 floating saunas).

Kort avstand til nærliggende utflukter og severdigheter. Skien by Skien fritidspark Porsgrunn by Foldvik familiepark Sommerland i Bø Fjærkilen badestrand Turområder i umiddelbar nærhet Oslo ca 2t. Leier ikke ut til fest eller arrangementer. Ønsker rolige gjester, gjerne barnefamilier.

There is lots to enjoy at this historic farm in beautiful surroundings. The barn house from the 1700s is situated in Porsgrunn city centre, and everything you need is within walking distance. The big 3-bedroom apartment is fully furnished in classic old Norwegian style. You can enjoy the evening sun in this green space during spring and summer, or light the fire in one of two fireplaces while watching the snow outside the window. Private parking and internet included.
