Hus på 70 kvm utan på dom Skånska åkrarna. 5 minuter till Malmö samt 5 till 2 olika golfbanor. Torups naturområde 10 minuter bort. Huset är nyrenoverat med komplett kök och badrum utrustat med tvättmaskin och torktumlare. Sovrum med två sängar samt möjlighet att hänga sina kläder. Vardagsrum med bäddsoffa lämplig för en vuxen eller 2 barn. Tv samt bredband. Köket är utrustat med det nödvändigaste för matlagning och matplats för 6 personer. Trädgård med gräsmatta liten uteplats med mindre grill.

Ny renoverat hus utanför Vellinge. Mycket bra strategiskt läge. Nära till Malmö/Hyllie (8 km) Ljunghusen/Skanör\Falsterbos vita underbara stränder (15 min). Öresundsbron/Malmö (10 min) och Köpenhamn (30 min), Österlen (ca 45 min). Perfekt för utflykter i området eller jobbresa. Modernt, hemtrevligt, mysigt boende med alla bekvämligheter! Ett harmoniskt hus att trivas i! Allt nytt augusti 2022! Härligt stort trädäck med pergola, utemöbler, grill mm. Insynsskyddad och mysig trädgård i söderläge.

Perfekt boende för er som semestrande barnfamilj, såväl som för dig och ditt kompisgäng. Kör rakt in på tomten och parkera bilar (och släp). 3 minuter från strand och bad, en stor insynsskyddad trädgård och en villa som alla får gott om plats i utan att behöva trängas. Bilderna är inte helt uppdaterade efter en modernisering i de båda vardagsrummen. Huset är till skillnad från många andra ett rent turistboende vilket ger en hel del enkelhet och flexibilitet till skillnad från folks uthyrda hem.

We can host up to 4-6 people were you have two separated bedrooms with king size beds, a bunk bed and a bed sofa in the TV-room. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a dishwasher and oven. Bathroom with washer/dryer. You will have your own garden with BBQ and seating area and your own parking lot. We live in a summer village, therefore some noise may occur in the evenings

Villan ligger i Husie och ligger nära Bulltoftapark som bjuder på tennisbanor, gym (inne och ute), café, fotbollsplaner och frisbeegolf! Ett lugnt område med bussförbindelser in till både stadskärnan i Malmö och till Lund. Mataffär finns 5 minuter bort (gångavstånd). Bussen som går 1 min bort från huset tar er in till gågatan i Malmö på 20 min (raksträcka). Bussen som går till Lund tar 25-30 min (raksträcka). Glada och välkomnande värdar väntar på er!

An adorable home built 1870 with thatched roof

This place is close to Malmö airport/ Sturup, the nature, the ´Vismarslöv Café & Bagarstuga´, the lakes for swimming and fishing and the countryside life. You’ll love this house because of the views, the outdoors space and the calming ambiance. Our home is good for nature lovers & couples. Our garden have several fruit trees and berry bushes so feel free to harvest the fruits and berries depending of the season.
