The cottage is located by Lysjön with one of Sjuhärad's most beautiful surroundings. Lysjön is a clear-water lake and a national conservation area. Steep mountains with old troll forest surround the lake. There are nice walking paths and a magnificent mountain view next to the cottage. The cottage is located on a private hillside. Enjoy your own lake plot with spa bath, boat (electric motor available), outdoor kitchen (Weber charcoal grill), patio, panoramic view from the living room. A perfect accommodation for those who want to be close to swimming, tranquility and nature!

Accommodation is best suited for max 2 adults and 2 children. Double bed can be shared, and an extra single bed is available. The house is in a scenic area, with about 1 km down to the lake. Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. With a generous double bed and two sofa beds, both the friend group and the big family can fit here. Large social areas to socialize, both inside and out. Newly built wood-fired sauna. The house is located in the forest edge and adjacent to the nature reserve on Rya Åsar. Hiking trails and barbecue areas nearby. Wonderful nature overlooking the city within walking distance. Cross-country ski trails are within 1 km of the property. 5 minutes by car from the city.

For next summer, pls make a contact. Vores bolig har en fantastisk beliggenhed med udsigt ud over søen. Huset (139 m2) ligger ved søen Ømmern, 50 km fra Gøteborg. Huset, som er placeret på egen halvø (3,5 hektar), ligger isoleret forenden og har sol fra morgen til aften. Fra terrassen går du direkte ud i søen med egen sandstrand og bådebro. Ud over hovedhuset med stor stue m/ pejs, køkken, 4 soveværelser (8 p), findes der et enkelt anneks med plads til 4 extra på sommeren (kan ej opvarmes).

House Kilstrand directly on Lake Säven

The house was renovated in 2017 and impresses our guests with its interior design. Here, solo travelers, couples and families alike feel comfortable. There is also the possibility for befriended travelers to rent the neighboring beach cabin and Kilstrand house at the same time and thus be on the go with friends and still maintain their retreat option. Relax in this peaceful unique home by the lake, only 15 meters from the private beach and jetty. Access to canoe and oak, great fishing waters! The plot is very private all 5300 sqm to use. The sun is out over the lake all day and all evening. There is a large enclosure where, for example, dogs can run freely. 10 minutes from Borås city 50 minutes from Ullared 20 min from Zoo
