Located in the very heart of Mytilene, our small (~35 sq.m.) , yet cozy apartment meets your every need; either for an early morning stroll by the pier, or a late night expedition into the unique culinary/beverage arts, immersing yourself into the hustle and bustle of the commercial district, or just relaxing in the park, your "anchor point" will always be a breath away. It is a neat location in a lush area that is immaculately and safe, even the garden entrance is separate(independent) at the entrance of the house, the cleanliness and hygiene is done by me and my wife and my older daughter, have all the kitchen requirements and staying in our house with all kinds of needs of guests staying in our house (such as public transportation, parking, grocery store, beach, food restaurants and cafe).

Our Maisonette suite Lotros is an ideal two level apartment, that can facilitate up to 4 guests. On the lower level you will find the sitting area with sofa bed, kitchen and bathroom . The steps lead you to the upper level, where you will find one Queen-size bed and wall closets. The Maisonnete suite provides sea views from both levels.
