This 60 m2 apartment is ideal for couples on an Europe trip, it's a true home-away-from-home. And it's the perfect spot to explore the city of Utrecht from. Besides this it's also a perfect apartment for couples on a working holiday, because of the two separate work places, 1 in the bedroom and 1 in the living room. De woning is gelegen op 50 meter van het grafmonument van de bekende dichter Emile Verhaeren. Dagelijks zorgen de getijden, de talloze vogelsoorten en de mooie natuur voor diverse taferelen. Het landschap verveelt nooit. Wandelingen, fietstochten langs de Schelde, gezellige terrasjes, lekkere restaurants en varen met de veerboot : all this is Sint-Amands.

Zeer luxe ingericht vakantiehuis direct aan het water met een 13 meter lange aanlegsteiger voor een zeilboot of visboot (ook te huur). Binnen een paar minuten vaar je naar het Volkerak. Het water staat ook in verbinding met het Haringvliet en het HD. Het huis is centraal gelegen voor een dagje Grevelingenstrand (5 min.) of het Noorzeestrand (20 min.). Ook gezellige stadjes in Zeeland zijn niet ver weg. De voor toeristen populaire stad Rotterdam is maar 25 minuten met de auto.

Welcome to our favourite place! A lovely house at Kortgene harbour in the always sunny province of Zeeland. You can relax and unwind here. The house is available for six people and is fully equipped. Beach, shops, eateries, supermarket, everything is within walking distance. There is also an electric charging station for your electric car. Please note, you can only connect this with your own charging card.
