If the number of guests is 4 or less, this is a single-family home that uses 2 of 3 rooms to choose from. We are giving discount tickets to Mokpo Sea Cable Car to those staying. Estacion 1913 is a quality-certified accommodation by the Korea Tourism Organization. The overall interior is based on a clean white and mint color, accented with the intense and humid paintings of Botero for a high visual satisfaction of customers. There is a private bathroom, private air conditioner, hair dryer, wooden hanger and table in every room. The kitchen is equipped with kitchen utensils and tableware for simple cooking, and we provide an American-style self-serve breakfast every morning, including bread and cereal, milk, eggs, butter, cake, coffee, and tea. It is located in Wan Township, on a hillside overlooking the city, with great views. Liquidation and shipbuilding to Jeju are located close to the Wando Passenger Terminal, Conference Center, Café, Oilfield, and Mart. Drinking tea on a rooftop bench opens the ocean like a front yard. Wando Tower, New Bridge, sunshine... and a beer with a night view are great. It's as rustic and welcoming as a country lodge, and we recommend family-friendly vacations or gatherings of friends. Most of all, it's been remodeled into the host's second-hand house, so it should feel more welcoming. They also include condiments, kitchen utensils, and cutlery, so they're perfect for eating the food you've packed in the conference center. It's in the form of an once-room. It has a single bed. When you sit in the living room, you can see a cable car passing by in Yudalsan. Mokpo Sea Cable Car is the longest cable car in Korea, and the promenade at the stop is very good. It is a 5-minute walk from the accommodation to the entrance. There is a parking space, playground, and exercise equipment right in front of the accommodation, so it is also good for children and adults to relax. There are convenience facilities such as grocery stores, cafes, and snacks within a 1-minute walk. The Bukhanghoe Center is within a 10-minute walk, and Mokpo Station is within a 20-minute walk.
