During the core renovation 5 years ago, practically everything was renewed, except for the old roof construction, which gives the apartment a lot of charm and warmth. The advantages of the apartment are the quiet location with simultaneous proximity to the center and train station (10 minutes' walk), the spacious living space, 1 private parking space + public parking spaces in front of the door and the proximity to nature with the state horticultural show grounds.

Our very bright, idyllic and quietly located apartment is on the first floor of our house and has direct access to your terrace area and the garden. The apartment is in mint condition, has rural modern furnishings and is very well equipped. Frasdorf lies at the foot of the Chiemgau mountains, nestled in the gentle hills of the Alpine foothills. Just 8 kilometers from Lake Chiemsee and Lake Simssee. Centrally located between Munich and Salzburg and away from the hustle and bustle and in every season.

A dining table is arranged with a woven basket containing various fruits and vegetables. Surrounding the table are four blue chairs, while the walls are decorated with framed mountain and animal photography, adding artistic touches to the space.

The municipality of Söchtenau, in the heart of Chiemgaus, is located in the Rosenheim district. The OT Untershofen directly on the Simssee between Munich and Salzburg. Beautifully located in Upper Bavaria close to Rosenheim and Prien am Chiemsee. Mountains, lakes and a wide range of leisure activities around the cities of Wasserburg, Burghausen and Kufstein, in nearby Austria, were the offer. For your stay with us in the house you have a closed apartment on the 1st floor and a private entrance.

You can reach the small cozy apartment with private bathroom on the second floor of a historic courtyard via a separate external staircase. Here you can find everything you need: Double bed (1.40 x 2.00 m), Kitchenette with stove/oven, fridge, coffee maker, toaster and kettle Bathroom with shower, sink and toilet The outside staircase is large enough that you can also use it as a small balcony or you can simply go into the large garden, which is available to all guests and me.

The farm is located in the Riedering district of Beuerberg directly on the main road towards Prien am Chiemsee. The living room with kitchenette and sofa bed is connected by an open staircase to the sleeping area (double bed) (no door). The large garden with seating can also be used. E-bikes can be rented for a fee.

Die drei ganz neuenTiny-Häuser liegen in einer kleinen ruhigen Ortschaft nahe dem Simsee. In der Umgebung lassen sich viele Ausflüge zu Fuß oder mit dem Rad zu den umliegenden Seen machen, zwischen typisch bayrischer Landschaft. Jedes Haus hat ein Schlafzimmer für zwei Personen, es gibt ein Schlafsofa für eine 4er-Belegung. Im Gemeinschaftsgarten gibt es einen Grillplatz. Vom Bahnhof Bad Endorf sind es ca 50 Min nach München bzw. Salzburg.

Just minutes from Ma Bastide is a wonderful thermal spa that invites you to relax. In the "Gut Immling," art and culture lovers will also get their money's worth. The Simseeklinik and the spa gardens are also close to the property.
