To the bus 1 minute, train nearby, a few minutes to Rosenheim and 45 minutes to Munich. The house has three bedrooms, a balcony and a very spacious bathroom, two WCs. There is also a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, leading into the bright living/dining area, with conservatory and adjoining terrace overlooking the garden.

There is a sofa bed in the living room for a 4th occupancy. There is a barbecue area in the communal garden. By train from Bad Endorf, it's about 50 minutes to Munich or Salzburg.
