Unikt boende under vasstak, pool och lekplats

Det här är lite som att bo i båt - en vanlig kommentar vi fått! Studion är relativt nybyggd, matplats för sex, komplett kök, badrum med tvättmaskin och två sovrum med tydligt marin känsla i New Englandsstil. Planlösningen är öppen men sovrummet med dubbelsängen har ändå en viss avskildhet. Bakom en massiv teakdörr från ett Simrishamnsfartyg finns en sovalkov med fyra enkelsängar med draperier att dra för. Sängplatserna har läslampor och eluttag för laddning. Laddbox för elbil. Bastu och pool.

Friendly artist house in a genuin ’Österlen’ village (possibility to rent guesthouse) An open planning, great kitchen ‘island’ to gather & cook together around. Dogs allowed:) 2 bedrooms + an open room with double bed (only curtains) Sauna outside with total privacy, facing the field with ocean view. Guesthouse is sharing the same garden (might have other guests if it’s not booked by you). Situated 3 km from the ocean and beautiful Stenshuvud National Park. Village bakery. A feel good house!

Classic old Skåne farm with a beautiful location outside Kivik on the hills with the fields as neighbours. Two floors with sleeping loft. High standard with sauna and patios. A place for relaxation in the gardens with hammocks and for activities with badminton, etc. Direct proximity to nature, attractions and the beach 5 km away. At the same distance, Kivik, Haväng, St Olof, Brösarp. Stenshuvud, Rörum, Knäbäckshusen a 15 min drive. Beach chairs, parasols, rackets, grill etc. are available.

Välkommen till ett idylliskt gästhus med anor! Här bor ni fridfullt bland åkrar och grönska i det totalrenoverade stallet som är en 1,5 plans villa om ca 150 kvm. Till boendet finns en stor anlagd trädgård,”Olas trädgård”, som är 100 år gammal. Trädgården är full av lummiga träd, blommor och växter som gör varje årstid unik. Det finns även en damm, en rosengång samt mycket bär och frukter. Huset har bastu och öppen spis. Bussen till Simrishamn och Ystad stannar precis utanför huset.

Skapa nya minnen i detta unika och familjevänliga boende. I natursköna Kivik så finner du detta unika boende. Där stadstudio arkitektbyrå skapat en unik by i Kivik. Detta måste upplevas på plats. Havsutsikt med vackra solnedgångar. Fullt möblerat hus. Master bedroom med en skön 180cm säng från Kungsängen. 2 st sovrum på ovanvåningen med 160cm dubbelsäng i varjerum. Och en bäddsoffa i studion . I studion finns det även en bastu och wc/d. Endast 800 meter bort ligger kiviks hamn.

Our summer house sits in the rural heart of Sweden's beautiful Österlen countryside. We are surrounded by forests and some of Swedens best beaches, hiking & biking trails. Situated just outside the beautiful village of Rörum and located less than 10 mins drive from the incredible Knäbäckshusens beach, there are endless possibilities to hike, bike, swim & play sport... or simply do nothing other than sleep and take a dip in our heated pool, followed by a wood fired sauna.

Protected location, surrounded by forest and pastures with sheep. The house has a smaller patio, and you have free access to our garden. You reach the sea via a half-hour walk through an enchanting forest.

Vid slutet av vägen ligger den här Skånegården där vi hyr ut den ena friliggande längan. Stor trädgård omgiven av åkrar, fria vidder och äppelodlingar. Havet med miltals stränder ligger några kilometer bort. Glimmingehus och Gunnarshögs berömda rapsoljegård är nära grannar.
