Cozy 1940s apartment centrally located at the top of Brunnsparken's treetops. Two balconies, one of which is a large, sunny, south-facing, flower-filled terrace with privacy. The slanted ceilings give bygone charm to this bright and beautiful attic apartment of 90 square meters. Three spacious bedrooms and a larger combined living and dining room with a decor that tells about travels in all parts of the world. Small, fully tiled bathroom with shower. Five minutes walk to the city center and ten minutes to the beach life at Tobisvik.

In Gladsax Manor, there is now the possibility to rent the cozy black guest house. Gladsax is located in the heart of Österlen, close to the sea, nature, attractions and in combination with a fantastic beautiful and genuine environment. The guest house is adapted for 2 people and is suitable for those who want to enjoy that little extra both indoors and outdoors on the beautiful Österlen. The interior has been created by the interior designer Djon Clausen. The house has a total area of 50 m2 and the plot is 4000 m2

A fantastic accommodation right on the sandy beach of the beautiful fishing village, Brantevik. If harmony and tranquility are to be placed in one place, it is here. Here, fantastic walking and cycling trails await right at your doorstep. If you go south, you will experience the genuine Brantevik that turns into the beautiful "Grönet" that offers both lovely swimming by cliffs or calm, peaceful walks along the sea. If you go north, a lovely walking and cycling path awaits you to the picturesque Simrishamn.

Skåneleden (SL4) runs just below the house. 5 km south is Simrishamn with restaurants, cafes and shops. To the north you take the wonderful boardwalk in Carl von Linnaeus's footsteps towards the fishing community Vik. Proximity to fantastic sandy beaches and all the small gems that Österlen can offer. Note: Rental in 2026, weeks 26-27 (weekly) and v32-v35 (weekly) Check-in and check-out Sundays.

Across the cobble courtyard we produce our own organic ice cream. It is a gastro tourist paradise.

Our bright, beautiful two-story apartment located in the heart of Simrishamn’s old town. It's a charming setting, by the sea, the marina, and the town center. It offers the perfect opportunity to enjoy small-town living with cafés and restaurants, while still being in walking distance of outdoor activities and beaches. The apartment is part of a townhouse with a lovely atmosphere, plenty of light, and all modern conveniences. It has been newly renovated and features a brand-new kitchen.

Artist lodge close to the sea

We offer a modern loft-like summer stay overviewing the sea within walking distance from the beach. The house consists of three rooms, one master bedroom with windows from floor to roof towards the fields, an additional bedroom with two single beds, and a living area with kitchen and lounge, also with windows covering the wall towards the garden. Outside there is a lawn, with barbecue and furniture for outdoor living, plus an outdoor shower.

Scenic & close to the sea in Baskemölla on Österlen

The house is located in Baskemölla backar, just above the fishing village, with nightingales, cuckoos and European tree frogs right nearby. Whether you come by car, bus or bike, Baskemölla is a perfect starting point for a successful Österlen vacation. Just a short walk to the sea with a swimming area and fantastic hiking trails. Dogs are welcome by arrangement, but cats are not (due to allergies). Rented Sunday-to-Sunday during midsummer.

Newly-built house from fall 2025. Unbeatable location for exploring Österlen, right between the Österlen and Djupadal golf courses. Located on a corner lot at a cul-de-sac in a secluded location overlooking meadows & apple trees. "Golf in - Golf out" with walking distance to the courses from the house and garden. You can even see the golfers at hole 3 on Djupadal's golf course!

Located near Simrishamn with bicycle distance to Brantevik and swimming from the bathing ladder by the cliffs. Four bicycles are available to borrow, three women's bicycles and one men's bicycle. 15-20 min drive to sandy beaches.
