Cozy, electrified, and tidy summer cottage. The cottage has running cold and hot water. The sauna is supplied with cold water (hot water is traditionally obtained by heating water in a bucket). Sleeping accommodations for six (2 + 2; one separate bedroom with a double bed, the other with 2 single beds; 10-cm (4-in.) mattresses; 2 sofa beds). In the kitchen, you will find all the necessary utensils. There is also an electric kettle, a coffee maker, a microwave, a stove/oven, and a tabletop dishwasher. In the dressing room adjacent to the sauna, there is a cold-water toilet, and outside, there is an outhouse/wooden toilet. Self-contained fireplace, gas grill for outdoor use.

This renovated and bright home is located on an island on the shores of the clear-water Lake Saimaa, about 1.2 miles from the town center. It’s easy to get here by car, bus, or on foot – you can also get from the beach to the market in half an hour on a SUP board. The balcony shines in the evening sun, so the temperature in the apartment is pleasant even in the heat.

The cottage is electrified, service water must be carried from the lake, guests must bring their own drinking water. Dry toilet. Here you can enjoy nature and total peace just a 10 min. car drive from Savonlinna centre. You have a good chance of spotting the endangered Saimaa ring seal, often swimming in front of the cottage. Both the cottage and the sauna are just a few meters from the lake shore. There is a rowing boat for guests to use.

In the villa Myllymäki, built on top of Myllymäki with my own hands, it is easy to relax and get close to nature while enjoying the magnificent scenery. A window the size of the entire end wall frames the magnificent lake landscape. The farm has about 40 hectares of forest for animal grazing, which guarantees easy and fine hiking terrain. The distance to the center of Savonlinna is 10 km by car or 6 km by boat. The farm also has a private lean-to by the pond with equally stunning views.

Good opportunities for fishing, berry picking, cycling, golf, skiing, etc. The year-round outdoor hot tub, rowboat, 2 SUP boards and 2 kayaks are freely available to tenants.

Boat house is excellent for remote work too as it is equipped so that all you need to bring along is your laptop. We are located on a northern Ukonniemi vineyard. You can explore nature and lake Pyhäjärvi during your stay!

A cozy cottage between pines and the lake just in 2 steps from Saimaa. It is quite small inside (30 square meters) with a big open terrace and a green lawn in front of it. There are a Loft bed for 2 people with a view, a small kitchen, fireplace, sauna on woods inside the cabin. It is great to start your day from early swimming and yoga/breakfast at the terrace listening to birds songs and finish your day with a glass of wine taking pictures of a stunning sunset.
