Entrée indépendante avec vue sur jardin arboré privé, piscine partagée(11 x 6 m) non sécurisée pour les enfants, chambre fermée , salon/salle à manger avec TV, cuisine équipée, salle d’eau et WC. A 10mn d’Aix-en-Provence et 20 mn de Marseille. À 8 mn en voiture salle Aréna du pays d’Aix. La voiture est conseillée, parking assuré, arrêt de bus à 3 mn à pied

Small independent wooden house on 2 levels (28 m2 in total), behind our own house. Parking in front of the house. 100 m from shops, 150 m from the bus stop. Given the small surface area, it is more suitable for 2 people (but 4 beds possible (140/190 bed on the 1st floor + 140/190 sofa bed on the ground floor, small children's convertible). Broadband internet but no TV! Sheets and towels provided as well as basic products (condiments, coffee, tea, household products, toilet paper, etc.)
