Impressive apartment in a villa with a garden just a few steps from the sea. The house offers fine finishes and has all the necessary amenities to spend a pleasant vacation. The garden will be finished shortly. There are three independent spaces in the villa. Each has its own separate entrance and patio, the garden is shared with the rest of the villa. The house is located a few steps from the sea, in front of large beaches with all amenities during the summer period.

Beautiful apartment converted from an old family home of the late 1800s. Enchanting panorama, view of the Strait of Messina, the ancient village of Chianalea. Excellent location, situated in front of the historic Ruffo castle, above the equipped beaches within walking distance, a few hundred meters from the San Rocco overlook. More than a stay, a unique experience... Easily reachable from Reggio Calabria Airport (about 15 km), and from Lamezia Terme (about 120 km).
