Half-timbered house in the heart of Annweiler / construction site

Our first apartment is ready! Vacation on the construction site is not just the headline, we continue to work in pairs in the remaining apartments until 6 pm (not every day);-). The house is very idyllically situated in the medieval water alley, which is not used by cars, in the center of Annweiler. The organic market is 5 houses away, and the market square is a 2-minute walk. Parking is located behind the house (Zwinger parking lot). On hot days, just put your legs in the Queich right outside the door.

Bring the whole family to this great place. A great garden to relax, also suitable for hiking enthusiasts. The Jungpfalzhütte starts directly from the house. Make a nice campfire, relax in the wellness lounge, relax in the infrared sauna and treat yourself to a break. Historic customs house 2nd apartment Anno 1729

Here you can switch off and relax in a very cozy atmosphere. Enjoy the Palatinate Forest surrounded by trees, paddocks and our animals on the very spacious grounds. The apartment is located on the first floor with direct entrance from the main road and parking. Opposite is another apartment with 4 beds. I live on the upper floor and am always open to questions.

The approx. 30 sqm apartment has been renovated with ecological building materials. The walls are plastered with clay and the floor was laid with wooden planks, creating a cozy atmosphere. In the apartment there is a fully equipped kitchenette with a two-burner stove, a fridge and a coffee maker. The two rooms are separated by a passageway.
