Our spacious, 100 year old Guestsuite is walking distance to UWA, Perth Children’s Hospital, Sir Charles Gairdner and Hollywood Hospital. It consists of a large lounge room which connects on to a spacious bedroom with a large newly renovated ensuite. Access is via a private entry at the front of our house. We live at the back of the house so are readily available onsite to meet your needs. Please note there is no washing machine or cooking facilities. We have recently installed an aircon!

The townhouse features 2 bedrooms with queen beds downstairs and an open lofted room with 2 king singles upstairs, comfortably accommodating up to 6 guests. There are two full bathrooms available for your convenience.

The house has been tastefully decorated so that it has all the modern conveniences while still having the appeal of old character. There are three very generous bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a modern kitchen and laundry, and 2 living areas. There is a lovely courtyard with BBQ and outdoor furniture for summer entertaining. There is a fully enclosed backyard for dogs, and undercover parking for 1 car and 1 more bay.

We are surrounded by parklands and sporting grounds, with a lovely little lake and birdlife just metres away. It is located in a leafy, quiet neighbourhood in close proximity to hospitals, UWA and Kings Park, as well as only 6km from Perth's CBD, which can be reached by Bus or Train (Shenton Park Station).
