Built directly on the river, within sight, swimming and walking distance to the sea. The semi-detached house is fully insulated and built and furnished from the most sustainable building materials possible. There is air conditioning, infrared heaters and a wood stove. The kitchen is fully furnished and equipped with brand-name appliances, so the house can be comfortably inhabited all year round.

The beach is just 40 m from the apartment and there you can find a lot of Restaurants and Bars. The area is most of the time quiet and relaxing. The city center is just a min walk from the apartment and there you can find different Bars, Restaurant, Blue mare is under the building which are more crowded and longer opened. Other Beaches like 'Rana e Hedhun ,Tale are just a minutes away.
