The accommodation is a privately accessed self contained studio space in the basement of a family home. The Studio opens onto a south facing garden with mature trees. There is a covered patio space. We are at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac and parking is available on street. Nether Edge is a pleasant suburb less than 3 miles from the city centre which has good local cafes, shops and pubs. It is well served by public transport with buses into town and out into the Peak District of Derbyshire.

Close to Botanical Gardens, Endcliffe park and a short walk to a variety of restaurants and pubs. We also have free overnight parking.

The property is walkable to the bus and tram stops, as well as to the well loved Rivelin valley.

Bus routes (95 & 52) run every 10 minutes to the universities, city centre and train station. Taxis from the station are approx. £6-£8. The Peak District is 15 minutes away by car. The Annexe

Check out our reviews. This is the Annexe to our home, detached from the main house, so even though you are our guests you have your own space. There is a large bedroom with a double bed and a second smaller bedroom with a 3/4 bed. Also a double sofa bed in the lounge. Excellent speed Wi-Fi is available throughout . The price listed includes a continental breakfast The neighbourhood is peaceful. Good links to city centre and motorway. Parking either on our drive or out front.
