The light-filled barn has two large patio doors into a substantial living and entertaining area with a large sectional sofa-bed, a dining table for 10 and adjacent kitchen area with an island. There is a downstairs washroom. A large light-filled upstairs sleeping area has a king-size bed and a bathroom with shower. Outside is a patio dining area and parking in a dedicated driveway.

The area is a prime location, as it offers some of the most stunning and scenic hikes & drives in the country. Only a 10 minute drive from Kent, New Milford or Pawling.

Relax with family and friends at this breathtaking lake front home. Peaceful setting with beautiful views of Swan Lake. Updated bedrooms, completely renovated bathrooms and all new kitchen appliances. A kayak and paddleboard await your next adventure. A brand new dock was installed for boating, fishing and swimming right from our backyard. Just a few minutes from the town center grocery store, restaurants, amusement parks, skiing and more. The "School House" is a 15 minute walk to the Westville Concert bowl, and the Yale Football stadium for an easy commute to a concert or game. Just a one minute walk to the center of Westville you will find Lotta's artist studio, Bella's restaurant, RAWA, Pistachio Coffee and Manjares Tapas & Wine, as well as the famous Camacho Garage restaurant amongst other attractions.

Welcome to The Cottage at Cedar Spring Farm, a one bedroom, one bath cottage located on a 16 acre working Christmas tree farm bordered by 155 acres of protected land trust with marked hiking trails. Conveniently located to I-84, shopping, local farms, wineries, breweries, restaurants, and Heritage Village. Please note that we allow pets (dogs only) and have a limit of two. **Access to the 2nd floor bedroom is a steep and open staircase** (see interior photo listed under Laundry)

Small, humble, strictly utalitarian home, kids friendly. I live in this home when you are not visiting.. Two bedrooms, one king-size bed and queen-size, plus toddler bed. Entire kitchen for your use. Includes full-size fridge, oven, and kitchenware. Large TV with Roku. Private one bathroom with bath and shower. Private parking and entire backyard. Not fully fenced. Stray cats around property. Town is a fixer upper.
