Our country house, an old Berry farmhouse, is located between Bourges, La Charité and Sancerre. It has a large unfenced garden, surrounded by old farm buildings, and fields as far as the eye can see. The cottage is located on the property of a 16th century mansion, in a wine region close to La Charité sur Loire, Pouilly sur Loire, Sancerre... Equipped with an independent entrance, it has its own garden and laundry annex. Completely restored we have decorated it by chinant and working with local materials. The ground floor includes a living room with kitchenette and shower room. The room is on the mezzanine. Enjoy the peace and quiet and greenery!
