This spacious and bright contemporary house located at the end of a cul-de-sac will be the perfect place to gather for families or groups of friends. The single-storey house is built around the enclosed garden and the swimming pool, which is open in the summer season (between mid-May and the end of September depending on weather conditions), giving the whole place a zen atmosphere. Our independent house annex is set in the greened surroundings of our back garden. It is a small but well-equipped studio, and contains a kitchen and bathroom. You will have shared access to the annex from the gate to the main house, and then walk along the garden to get to your own private space. St-Sébastien-sur-Loire is right next to Nantes. Bus and tram services will get you to the centre of Nantes in about 20 minutes. It is a 15-minute cycle ride, or a 40-minute walk.

Many walks await you whether you like hiking, running, trail or mountain biking.
