The house (120 m²) stays cool in summer and is pleasantly heated in winter. Here’s what to know: 1-I live in the house when I'm not renting it. My personal belongings therefore remain present .2--Access is via a narrow alley.

You reach Nantes in 30 minutes, Puy du Fou in 40 minutes and the ocean in just over an hour. Canoe base at 800m. Great stop to enjoy the area!
