Located in a very well located area for any type of visit, without the need for travel by vehicle Guests can access any part of the house: kitchen, dining room, patios, living room, rooftops.. and we will be available for any need. The house is located in the famous Santa Cruz neighborhood. Highly touristy area and located a few meters from the Alcazar, Catedral and Giralda. A few minutes walk you can visit the main museums, Rio Guadalquivir, Parque de María Luisa, Feria de Abril, Barrio de Triana, the commercial center of the city, restaurants, trendy bars etc. It is very well connected by public transport (taxis, buses, metro, tram, etc.) It also has a large parking area a few meters from the accommodation. Es muy acogedora y agradable, con soleadas terrazas con abundante vegetación donde podréis disfrutar de un delicioso desayuno o de un agradable rato de lectura. Las habitaciones, con una cuidada limpieza, están muy bien equipadas. ¡Estoy segura de que os encontraréis muy a gusto! The house is located in one of the most beautiful areas of Seville, next to the main park of the city and the Plaza de España. It is very cosy and nice, with sunny terraces full of plant life where you can enjoy a delicious breakfast or a pleasant read. The rooms, all carefully maintained, are well-equipped. It's a room in a very central location in Seville. It is possible to visit on foot the monuments that make this city unique, although it is also very well connected with other places of it by bus. It's a promotion with few neighbors. In it we really appreciated the silence and the tranquility.
