House with space for 4 people, where rest and relaxation will be its hallmark. The house is divided into 2 floors. My brand new eco-house is located in a small valley surrounded by untouched nature very close to the nature park near Grazalema and with many hiking trails all around and near the Embalse de Zahara. During construction, we used natural and recycled materials and the sun supplies electricity via a solar system. On the 3.5 hectares of land there are mainly olive trees and from the top you have a beautiful view of the Sierra de Grazalema.

A nice and quiet house next to Italica

Modern house in Santiponce, at the end of the urban area, next to the Itálica enclosure. Comfortable, spacious, and cozy. Good connection to go to the center of Seville, 10 minutes by car. Area without parking problems. Bus stop 200 meters away. Very quiet area, without car noise or other city sounds. Pets are allowed, subject to approval, please inform the host.
