You will discover a house designed in the purely Menorcan style, so characteristic of this still preserved island. You will appreciate the calm of the neighborhood and the tranquility of its lush garden, with a beautiful swimming pool. A maximum of five minutes away you can go to the seafront with a succession of wild beaches and coves.

Villa Linda has been my family's summer house for more than 50 years. The villa was completely renovated in 2017, with great care and attention to detail. The 250m² house is located in a spacious 1000m² garden with a fantastic private pool and an outdoor pergola with a barbecue. All details have been taken care of: a great living room-kitchen of 70m², with all amenities, 5 double and spacious bedrooms (two of them with en-suite bathrooms), and even a private garage.

Casa Binimares is a beautiful house facing the sea where you can breathe peace and tranquility. It is located in the fishing village Biniancolla, in the municipality of Sant Lluis. The beautiful beach of Binibequer is a 5’ It has two double bedrooms and a study with two sofas with a private sink. The kitchen is completely equipped. The porch has a barbecue and has a table with a capacity for eight people. It has stunning views of the sea!
