This accommodation is at the entrance to the oldest farmhouse in the village, located about 25km from Reims, 10km from Epernay, 15km from Hautvillers and 5km from Ay, in the birthplace of Champagne. This house with a separate entrance can accommodate up to 6 people. It consists of 2 bedrooms and a 3rd extra with a sofa bed, the kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, electric stove and a washing machine in the shower room, separate toilet.

Ideally located between Reims (20 min) and Epernay (8 min), you will be in an exceptional setting. The house is in a family property and a 6-hectare park.
