The bright apartment is about 100 sq.m. in size. The two generously sized balconies offer breathtaking views of the Alps as well as of the famous castle “Neuschwanstein”. It´s located right next to the dam Forggensee.

Welcome to Larcher House! Guests who want to get away from the hustle and bustle, in the midst of the Tyrolean mountains, are in the right place. Enjoy hikes in untouched, still pristine nature, refresh yourself in the nearby natural lake with a Kneipp facility. In winter, you are a few minutes' drive from the glacier cable car or Rifflseebahn (free ski bus stops in the immediate vicinity). Cross-country skiers start right next to the house. We would be happy to welcome you as our guests!

The holiday apartment is located in our house on the ground floor and is perfect for mountain and nature enthusiastic groups and for cosy evenings. Our apartment is part of a 300-year-old mountain farm, which is located in the midst of mountain meadows at an altitude of 1450m. The optimal location on a sunny south face guarantees wonderful hours on a terrace with 360° views. In the renovated, spacious (120m2) apartment you will find a unique blend of old charm and modern comfort.

DAS ALPIENTE – Since January 2017, we have been renting a very stylish, 100 sqm ground floor apartment in our vacation home in Sonthofen/Binswangen in the Allgäu. An atmosphere to feel good – the special ambience in the Alps. Traditional elements are integrated into a modern design language, natural materials create coziness, and the high-quality furnishings give you the good feeling of being "at home." Accommodation price plus the SUPER SUMMER CARD in the summer season with €6.50 per adult night and €3.25 per child night (born 2010 to 2018). Enjoy Tyrolean coziness in a modern way in our 60 m² LAZID suite, with an infrared cabin to warm up after a long day of skiing or hiking. Daily bread service on request and high-quality carpenter furniture, comfortable beds and extensive amenities await you. A PV system and 2 wall boxes are also available.

Romantic garden apartment on the Wildbachưch

The lovingly furnished, light-flooded apartment with its own entrance from the garden is located in a settlement house on the Halblech. It is 43 sqm, living and sleeping area are not separated by a door. The apartment is suitable for couples or families with up to two children. A double bed, 180 x 200, and a sofa bed 140 x 195 offer plenty of space. The small kitchenette is equipped with an induction hob, fridge and sink.

To the fantastic view

This old building apartment has been newly and lovingly renovated by me and offers an unforgettable, unobstructed view with a south-facing balcony. I'm sure you'll love my home as much as I do. Hikes or bike rides can start right outside the front door, and the ski slopes are just a large meadow away. The nearest bus station is only about 200m away. In bad weather, there is a big TV with Netflix and fast wifi.

In addition, the conservatory offers a special retreat with distant views in both summer and winter. For several generations, Lina's vault served the residents of the house as a center of life with a pantry, parlor and old smoky kitchen.
