The house is idyllically located, away from the village on the Glitterberg (1250 meters above sea level) in a very sunny location with a beautiful view of the mountains. The village center is a 10-minute drive away. The See ski resort can be reached in 10 minutes and Ischgl in 25 minutes by car. "Saas, where the sun shines longer" Located on a sunny slope, in the middle of Prättigau. Idyllic, quiet Walser settlement. From Landquart in twenty minutes to Saas. Twenty minutes to Davos. Apartment in an isolated area in the beautiful Val Zebrù of the Stelvio National Park. Great for spending a vacation in contact with nature rich in flora and wildlife. Wood heating, electricity is provided by a photovoltaic system. There is no telephone connection in the area, but there is a Wi-Fi connection in the cabin, and there are two refreshments nearby where you can taste local foods. The cabin can be reached on foot or by jeep authorized for transit.
