The studio is semi-detached, it is located on a closed property with electric gate, several dwellings on the same land but each with its own private space and not overlooked. Total independence. It overlooks a beautiful 50 m2 terrace fully equipped to rest well in peace with a view of the pond accompanied by several ducks, very quiet, relaxation assured. Presence of a very nice and accustomed dog. Lake with supervised swimming in the summer and activities on site 2 km from the studio.

Featuring a kitchen with oven, gas burners, microwave, and dining area. In the living room, sofa and TV (the sofa can be converted into a double bed) 1 bedroom with a double bed. Bathroom with shower and sink. Bed linen and towels provided, as well as tea and coffee. Free street parking 10 minutes from the highway.
