Stunning views across the Auxois countryside from both house and garden. Very comfortable double bedroom with private entrance & ensuite bathroom in a sleepy hamlet. The heated garden kitchen can be enjoyed year round providing simple cooking facilities, dining table and armchairs. There is an area for alfresco meals, a small herb garden & deck chairs to enjoy the spectacular views; off road parking. The owners, Bill and Jenny Higgs live next door - very discreet but always on hand to help.

Appartement idéalement situé en plein centre de la ville médiévale de Semur en Auxois. Commerces et restaurants à proximité, vous pouvez faire beaucoup à pied. A proximité de beaucoup de lieux à visiter. Idéal pour un petit séjour en plein coeur de l'auxois. L'appartement est situé au 1er étage d’un bâtiment. Très lumineux et calme, il donne sur une petite cours commune fermée. Le logement sera meublé et décoré entièrement d'ici les premières locations. D’autres photos a venir.

My house is the ideal place to rest and to enjoy historical Burgundy . Nested in a green and peaceful countryside, this independent guest house has a bedroom, a bathroom, a large kitchen downstairs and a second bedroom and a playroom upstairs. The kitchen being very large, I put 2 armchairs so you can enjoy the fire or watch TV. My house is perfect as well if you are on a professional trip in the area.
