The cabin is completely private with its own jetty and has several nice outdoor areas. The heat pump keeps the temperature constant throughout the day and the wood stove can be lit for cosiness and extra heat. The ski slope at Øynaheia is not far away and you can strap on your skis at the cabin and go to the slopes from there. Very nice swimming opportunities with a private jetty outside the cabin. The cabin has a double bed, a single bed and 2 extra mattresses.

Bright and delicately decorated apartment. Built as a hotel suite, with living room, bedroom with kitchenette, large shower and bathroom. Here you can relax in a quiet and rural setting. There is a large double bed, bunk bed and trundle bed in the apartment. The summer towns of Risør, Kragerø and Tvedestrand are only 40 minutes away by car. There are also nice swimming spots nearby. In winter, there is a short distance for those who like cross-country skiing at Kleivvann and at Gautefall there is an alpine ski resort. Hunting terrain can be rented through Statskog.

There are two bedrooms with a double bed and a loft with four good mattresses. In addition, a toddler bed. Outside, a large terrace awaits where you can enjoy the stunning views. The cottage is surrounded by lush nature with hiking opportunities in the area, and by the lake just below the cottage you can sail, fish and swim. It is possible to rent a boat with an electric motor. SUP and canoe are free.

- Want to relax with your family or friends at this kid-friendly cabin with a great view of the big lake Nisser? The cabin is a traditional Norwegian cottage of high standard. It is close to the beach and the large windows in the living room open up to stunning views and spectacular nature. A path leads down to a small beach about 70 meters from the cabin. There you can swim, paddle, or just sunbathe. The cabin invites to a big terrace, which is furnished with sofa, deck chairs, dining table and its own pavilion.

Bjonnepodden

Bjønnepodden is placed on a fantastic view plot on the Bjønnåsen cabin. Panoramic views in quiet surroundings with nature right outside. The pod is small but you have access to most of the amenities as well as a separate toilet and outdoor shower with hot water. Note: when the frost comes, the outdoor shower is closed, but there is still hot water inside. A short drive inside the field and you will get to the swimming area and jetty in Røsvika. There are nice hiking areas right outside and an active wildlife.

If you ar visiting during the winter season, Gautefall, with possibilities of cross-country skiing and downhill slopes, is only a short care ride away. Great swimming, crab fishing and fishing spots in the immediate vicinity. Volleyball net, croquet, fishing rods, fishing equipment, crab fishing equipment, barbecue, etc. are included. "Kjempehytta" is an Idyllic small cabin located on a beautiful island in Lake Toke in Bamble, Telemark. A perfect place to see the the starry night sky, and enjoy nature. In summer you can go swimming an fishing in the lake. To get to the island you need to padle a canoe. The canoe and two lifejackets are included in the rent.
