We are renting a typical Parisian single space studio or "Chambre de bonne", 12m2 just above our apartment but with an indepent entrance. We have an unbeatable location that connects you to all main sights yet still feels local and authentic.

You will reach your independent accommodation by a wrought iron staircase and you will be able to sleep in a bed under mezzanine, in a new and quality bedding. The accommodation measures 15 square meters, plus the mezzanine bed, is entirely renovated and contains everything you need for a comfortable and quiet stay.

This is a perfect place for couples, solo and business travelers. The house is located a 3-minute walk from the RER A in Neuilly-Plaisance which serves directly the center of Paris, Disneyland or the Noisy-le-Grand business center.

Nice studio of 30m2 fully equipped, at the top of our garden. Very bright and quiet, it is located in a cul-de-sac 500m from the metro station line 11 Romainville-Carnot, which takes you in 13 minutes and 18 minutes to the central stations République and Châtelet. CDG Airport is 28 minutes away by car. This will make it easy to get to Paris while enjoying the calmness of nature. Free private parking (let us know).
