Stunning views across the Auxois countryside from both house and garden. Very comfortable double bedroom with private entrance & ensuite bathroom in a sleepy hamlet. The heated garden kitchen can be enjoyed year round providing simple cooking facilities, dining table and armchairs. There is an area for alfresco meals, a small herb garden & deck chairs to enjoy the spectacular views; off road parking. Suite in 19th century property. Carefully decorated for a pleasant stay. Independent access to a 45 m2 bedroom, a living room area and private shower room. No kitchen. Guests can take advantage of the inner courtyard and large green garden with views of horses. Old stones and greenery will seduce you. Villiers-Sous-Grez is a charming little village. Bakery is a 7-min walk away. Supermarkets 10 min., A6 and TER 5 min drive. Ideal for visiting the area.
