Come and discover a region rich in heritage: Fontainebleau 15 minutes away (world-famous climbing blocks, hikes, its castle...), Barbizon 10 minutes away, Provins, Château de Vaux-le-Vicomte... You can reach Paris in 45 minutes, direct access to A6 highway or by train in 25 minutes from Melun train station (possible access by bus from Perthes). Disneyland Paris Park 1 hr. Accommodation: Old barn renovated in 2021, offering fully equipped accommodation with a kitchen, bathroom with toilet, mezzanine bedroom. Ideal for two people but possibility of two additional beds on the living room sofa bed. A private terrace is available. Two bikes are available on request, one with a baby seat. This is an authentic and ressourcing place, newly renovated, loaded with 400 years of history. We have decorated the house with love and care, the equipment is very generous. Bikes of diverse sizes (for adults and children), kayaks, SUPs and other inside and outside equipments are available.

Welcome to this large refurbished studio with a balcony in the 16th arrondissement of Paris, very functional and clean. Large windows, equipped kitchen (washing machine/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso Vertuo coffee machine...). Large TV and very fast Wi-Fi, very comfortable and high-end 140/200 pull-out bed. Bed made on arrival with Egyptian cotton sheets. Parallel to the Seine, behind Radio France and 3-min walk to Pont de Javel Very nice furnished balcony.

Peaceful oasis on a 4-hectare property with garden, woods and river. We live there in another house, we would be happy to host you. Electric heating/wood stove for those who want it. Not recommended for children under 10 years of age for safety reasons (river).

As a food lover, I have created a very personal and unique space for fellow foodies. Located in one of the hippest parts of Paris, my well-equipped kitchen includes a 3m long dining table that seats up to 12 people. The apartment has many original features with a private terrace, bedroom with a double sofa bed, and an original small retro bathroom. While the kitchen is very well equipped all mother comforts are kept to a minimum.
