Face à l'océan, doté d’un spa privatif à la vue incroyable et en rdc d'une jolie maison, charmant duplex pour parenthèse enchantée. A 100m de la vie de la centrale et 10 min à pied du centre ville, il offre tout le confort et la proximité que l’on peut rechercher . A l’extérieur, terrasse + 2 places de stationnement ! You'll love this place because of the location, the calm, the immediate access to bike paths, the proximity to shops and golf courses. Parking space on the property. Pool access exclusively reserved for owners. We have a dog that we keep away from guests. We do not allow pets.
