New luxury apartment, fully equipped to feel right at home. High-quality large format bedding. Close to the city centers of Anglet, Biarritz and Bayonne. Ideally located to do everything on foot. Shops on the ground floor (Leclerc, Bakery, bus stop...). 10 minutes from the beaches of Anglet and Biarritz and 30 minutes from Spain. Parking is closed and secure with direct access to the accommodation. The residence is very quiet, and the people in the neighborhood are very warm.

Contact me before booking the photos are not up to date. Our apartment is ideal for a family with 2 children (we are 4 and 8 years old). Upstairs a large room for children with a small games room, 2 beds in 80/180. Downstairs is the parents' room with a 180/200 bed. The staircase is a Japanese step. Quiet under the pine and oak traps, close to the beach and the lake. Landscaped garden of 200m2, many amenities for children.!
