The Swallows Nest is a large apartment for 4 people that is family-friendly. The half-timbered walls are plastered with clay, creating a cozy indoor climate. Wood and natural materials give the apartment a special charm. The Schwalbennest vacation home has 65 m² on the second floor of the renovated side building of the Buschmühle and has a bedroom with a double bed (individually possible), a bedroom with single beds (together possible) and a living area with an integrated kitchen and a small bathroom with shower/toilet. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic stovetop, oven, fridge/freezer, toaster and coffee maker. Free Wi-Fi is available to our guests. If you need a highchair, please contact us. Please note that all apartments are non-smoking apartments and no pets can be brought along.

The vacation home has 160 square meters of living space and 5 bedrooms for 10 plus 2 people. It is located in the middle of the Leipzig Neuseenland on Lake Hain 20 km south of Leipzig. The core of the house is a 70 square meter dining/living room with huge windows, a long dining table and a fireplace. There are two large terraces, from the upper one you have a view far over the lake. The house was deliberately designed for sociable days in a larger group. For the children there are many books, toys and a playground.

Das große Einkaufszentrum Chemnitz Center ist nur 3 Minuten entfernt. Die Haltestelle der Buslinie 21 ist nur 2 Gehminuten entfernt, mit der Sie das Stadtzentrum und den Hauptbahnhof erreichen können.

A bakery is nearby. You can park for free directly on the premises.

The small house, furnished in a cozy, rustic style, is located in Flöha, at the foot of the Erzgebirge - 15 minutes by car from Chemnitz - the cultural capital '25. It is tucked away in a beautiful property overgrown with yews and ivy and yet close to the sights of the surrounding towns. A soapstone oven for the winter and a small terrace in summer will bring you into the well-deserved feel-good mode. There is room for 3 people.

Our beautiful apartment is located in the Chemnitz - Reichenhain district. It offers a modern fully equipped kitchen, living room and bedroom, a daylight bathroom with bathtub/shower. The living room is equipped with a cozy couch, TV chair, flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi and stereo. The couch can be used as a full bed for 1-2 people. The bedroom is equipped with a comfortable box spring bed, a single bed and a large wardrobe.
