Wood and natural materials give the apartment a special charm. The Schwalbennest vacation home has 65 m² on the second floor of the renovated side building of the Buschmühle and has a bedroom with a double bed (individually possible), a bedroom with single beds (together possible) and a living area with an integrated kitchen and a small bathroom with shower/toilet. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic stovetop, oven, fridge/freezer, toaster and coffee maker. Free Wi-Fi is available to our guests. If you need a highchair, please contact us. Please note that all apartments are non-smoking apartments and no pets can be brought along.

The vacation home has 160 square meters of living space and 5 bedrooms for 10 plus 2 people. It is located in the middle of the Leipzig Neuseenland on Lake Hain 20 km south of Leipzig. The core of the house is a 70 square meter dining/living room with huge windows, a long dining table and a fireplace. There are two large terraces, from the upper one you have a view far over the lake. The house was deliberately designed for sociable days in a larger group. For the children there are many books, toys and a playground.
