The property is close to downtown Newport & ideally located between three beaches. The cozy unit has a queen bed, full bath & kitchenette with coffee maker, fridge, and toaster oven. There is a small deck with ocean views, access to ocean front, outdoor shower and off street parking. We provide beach chairs, a beach umbrella and towels.

The apartment has been updated and modernized. It has a formal dining room, living room, and a well equipped eat-in kitchen. This dwelling is registered with the State of RI and the City of East Providence. As such, at no time will the property be used for parties or cause a nuisance for other tenants or neighbors.

This cozy 3-bedroom, 2nd floor space is approximately 3 miles Brown University, Rhode Island School of Design and Johnson and Wales University, short walk to neighborhood playground and park, bakery/coffe shop, fine restaurant, 5-minute drive to grocery stores and restaurants. My place is 15 minutes from downtown Providence where there are plenty of restaurants and nightlife, public transport as well as , family-friendly activities. There is a bike path near by. Being such a small state you are close to all the colleges this state has to offer. You’ll love my place because it is a cozy apartment perfect for groups of two or three. One full bed as well as a roll-a-way bed. Notice that at no time will the short term rental be used to host events or parties.
