This two bedroom self catering flat is light & airy, situated at the end of a cul-de-sac only 15 meters from the Swart vlei Estuary. Inverter connected /no loadshedding. The accommodation is equipped with free WiFi and a TV in the lounge area. Load shedding is no longer an issue thanks to the existing solar system.
