This two bedroom self catering flat is light & airy, situated at the end of a cul-de-sac only 15 meters from the Swart vlei Estuary. Inverter connected /no loadshedding. Sleeper couch in lounge for alternative or extra guests. The flat has it's own entrance,with single parking. Extra parking available. This stylish and secure accommodation is situated on a cliff directly above the sea and consists of 2 spacious bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a well-equipped kitchen and a spacious outdoor terrace with braai (barbecue) facilities. The accommodation is equipped with free WiFi and a TV in the lounge area. Load shedding is no longer an issue thanks to the existing solar system.
