This newer two story home boosts beautiful ocean views from the Lanai, living room, and master bedroom. It has a master bedroom, bathroom and Kitchen upstairs and a studio with bathroom and laundry privately located downs stairs. It has under roof parking. The home is located in the eclectic community of Kalapana Seaview Estates. Only 3/4 of a mile walk to Kehena black sands beach. Pohoiki beach is about a 10 min drive which is the newly created black sands beach from recent lava flow.

This is a very cute 1 BR/1 bath cottage overlooking the sea - the view is fabulous from the lanai. There is a sofa bed as well, that can sleep 2 smaller framed people. Includes linen/ towels/ soap is provided. The cottage is across from Kehena Black ( bathing suit optional) Beach and close to the Pohoiki Beach, thermal ponds, lava fields. A/C in bedroom, 1G Fioptic WiFi , landline, Netflix, washer/dryer w/ soap as well. MW and toaster oven in utility room just 15 ft. from cottage.

This all-concrete house is ocean front and perched on a lava cliff at Kehena Point. The Point sticks out into the ocean further than the surrounding lava cliffs and offers unparalleled views of the coast in both directions. Watch whales in season (November-April), and walk to a black sand beach.
