Built in c.1870 as part of How Farm, The Barn is a very comfortable self-contained space which sleeps two adults and two children. Our luxury detached Lakeland cottage in the village of Lorton sits in a hidden gem of a valley and is a year round destination . Two beautiful bedrooms one of which can turn into single beds and each with their own bathrooms offers flexibility for both couples and families. We have a well equipped cooks kitchen with Everhot range and a stocked larder. Parking for three cars , EV charger , bike storage , gardens and a BBQ this is a great base to enjoy the magic of our Lakeland valley.

The contemporary house is illuminated in the evening light, reflecting beautifully in the calm river. Large windows reveal a spacious interior. Lush green grass and well-kept shrubs frame the property, while soft outdoor lighting creates a serene atmosphere by the water.
