* There are enough bedsheets and towels for 5 people. The main bathroom is very spacious. A door from the main bathroom leads to the laundry room with a washing machine, dryer and cleaning tools. * The kitchen is well equipped with all the cooking and eating utensils that are needed. The kitchen opens up to a dinning area and a living room with a large sliding door connecting to a balcony overlooking Moshav Tsofit (The apartment is located on the 6th floor). * The apartment is fully furnished and has central air-conditioning capable of cooling in the summer or heating in the winter.

Starting from 08/31/2025, there is construction in the adjacent property, so the price is low (noise is expected during the day). The unit is located in a quiet neighborhood, close to the city, to the G Mall and the Ushiland Mall. Separate entrance. The unit area is 110 square meters. There are stairs at the entrance. We have a list of babysitters if needed. Adjacent to the unit is free parking.

This is a wonderful unit located in Moshav Ramot Hashavim, between Raanana, Kfar Saba and Hod Hashron and 5 min ride from the train station. Orna and I and our pekingese dog leave above the unit which has its own entrance. Orna's Ceramic Studio is next to it and is available for a fee. The unit has two large bedrooms and large living room, small kitchen and bathroom, backyard sitting and play area for kids. Across the street there is the Moshav playground a local truck-cafe.

Our place is situated in our 250 sqm garden with an outdoor sitting place. The space is 9*3 metres, 27 sqm, located in a quiet neighberrhood with an easy access to go everywhere. There is a pizza, a supermarket and a grossery store near by. A wide park is in a minute walking distance for jogging and relaxing. Herzliya city center is in a 5 minutes walking distance. The place is decorated as a surfers cabin, the bed mesures are 140/190 cm.
