The centre of Scuol, the valley station of the cable cars and the train station are within a 10-minute walk. Free public parking 800 m away or paid parking (CHF 20.- per week) steps from the house. Ground floor: In 2014 renovated and newly furnished living room with beautiful veranda with exit to the spacious garden patio with table tennis table and fire ring (barbecue area). This brings with blazing flame atmospheric campfire ambience and is ideally suited to cook your grilled goods. Beautiful - newly created in 2018 - kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and cozy sitting area. Separate WC/Lavabo. Upper floor : In 2015 newly furnished bedroom (1 x double room with TV + 1 triple room with exit to the south balcony). Two bathrooms completely renovated in 2016: - 1 x with toilet, double lavabo and shower cubicle with rain shower - 1 x with toilet, double lavabo, shower cubicle and bathtub with whirlpool system Both sanitary rooms have underfloor heating. Beautiful view of the mountain peaks, meadows, pine trees and larchs. From the house you can make wonderful walks to the Maienfelderfurga, Schwifurga, Bärenalm, Stafelalp and Wiesen. Alpine skiing and mountain biking is also fantastic here. The house is located opposite the Rinerhorn, you can easily walk or drive to the ski lift .
