With a lot of love for detail, renovated 3 1/2-room apartment on the top floor of a beautiful Engadine house in a quiet, central and sunny location. The village centre of Scuol and the valley station of the Motta Naluns cable cars are only a 15-minute walk away. 2 reserved parking spaces are available in front of the separate entrance to the house. The large covered west terrace with dining table, lounge and sunny island offers a great panoramic view of the Lower Engadine mountain world. In addition to the spacious lounger, you will also find a cozy lounge here, which invites you to linger. After the comprehensive renovation, the apartment now shines in new splendor - from the ceilings to the new kitchen and bathroom was comprehensively renovated, partially redesigned and newly furnished. The state-of-the-art kitchen is perfectly equipped and leaves nothing to be desired (Nespresso coffee machine). In the bathroom you can enjoy a new massage shower. Flat-screen TV, hi-fi system and DVD player are just as natural as the free Wi-Fi. Beautiful and spacious 3.5-room apartment (90 m², first floor) in Engadine house "Chasa Pütvia" from the 16th century with characteristic pine parlor, kitchen with vaulted ceiling and seating in front of the house. Central location on Quartierstrasse, a few steps to the ski bus/Postbus and only a 5-minute walk from the village center of Scuol with shops, restaurants and the wellness pool "Bogn Engiadina." The cross-country ski center and trail are also a 5-minute walk away. Ideal for couples or families.

New, well-equipped studio apartment (31.5 m²) with magnificent south view in the middle ground floor of a detached house in Scuol in a quiet, sunny location for 2-3 people. Private parking, entrance, furnished seating with grill and shared use of the sunbathing lawn. Only about 80 m/2 minutes' walk to the mountain railways and about 250 m to the train station. Included are guest cards with free use of public transport as well as a daily ascent/descent with the mountain railways in summer/autumn!

The apartment, newly built in 2023 in the annex of a 100-year-old house, is located on the mezzanine floor and has a view of the Lower Engadine mountains. The charming apartment "Teja," furnished to a high standard, is ideal for 2 adults and equipped with all the comforts for a relaxing vacation in the mountains, e.g. dishwasher, Nespresso machine, underfloor heating, Internet Wi-Fi, large covered, west-facing loggia, washing machine and dryer, parking, also for electric car.

Val Zebrù - Baite di Pecè surrounded by nature.

Apartment in an isolated area in the beautiful Val Zebrù of the Stelvio National Park. Great for spending a vacation in contact with nature rich in flora and wildlife. Wood heating, electricity is provided by a photovoltaic system. There is no telephone connection in the area, but there is a Wi-Fi connection in the cabin, and there are two refreshments nearby where you can taste local foods. The cabin can be reached on foot or by jeep authorized for transit.

Great location! The house is close to adventure pool (Bogn Engadina), shopping, public transport, restaurants. You'll love my place because of the unique mineral water fountain in front of the house, the front courtyard with original Unterengadiner flair. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and large groups for family celebrations.
